Living with your cycle phases means shaping your food, movement, work and rest around the four phases of your menstrual cycle instead of expecting the same energy every day. It is a modern name for a very old idea: that a body moving through a month is moving through seasons.
Two medicine traditions on food and care
Ayurveda reads the cycle through the doshas — vata's movement in menstruation, kapha's building in the follicular phase, pitta's heat in the luteal. Chinese Medicine reads it through blood and qi, and the balance of yin and yang across the month. They disagree on vocabulary and agree remarkably often in the kitchen: warm and cooked when you are bleeding, lighter and fresher as you build, cooling at the peak, grounding as you wind down.

The Ancient Cycle writes you a weekly reading that puts your phase, your three charts and the week's sky in one place — with food and care guidance matched to where you are.
