Element and character

Earth of the Great Post Road: broad-minded, welcoming, builds slowly and surely. The year stem is Yang Earth, and the Monkey is clever and flexible, funny, a fast learner who improvises well.

The year's stem and the sound element are both Earth, so the character is consistent: what you think is what you do.
